Pardon me while I catch up here. Sigh.
Day Two: Favorite Companion
Donna Noble. Hands down... and not just for the Disney reference! She was sassy and totally held her own against the Doctor. She constantly cracked me up and I just loved her personality. Her role in the show is just phenomenal and I literally sobbed when she left. It was quite heartbreaking! Rose is a close second, she was my first companion and, like your first Doctor, you get attached!
Day Three: Least Favorite Companion
I hate this question... because all the companions are pretty awesome. I know a lot of people hate on Martha Jones but I think she was a brilliant character who recognized the best course of action for herself. She got out when she thought she needed to and became an important person after being a companion. So I refuse to but Martha and I am going to cheap out with.... K-9.
In my defense I never really watched the old series so he just doesn't appeal to me. His brief cameos with the Tenth Doctor were more nostalgic for people who had seen the older series but I just wasn't in to it.
Day Four: Favorite Villain
So easy. The Weeping Angels. Don't Blink.
The first episode they appear in, Blink, literally made me scream out loud once. Even my husband jumped. This is the episode we always show our friends who have never seen the show before. You can honestly watch Blink and follow what is going on not being a Whovian... and then you can get hooked!
Day Five: Favorite Alien
Can I say The Doctor? :P He is technically an alien!
If not, then the Adipose, because they are flippin adorable.
