No, no word on our house yet. Inspection is Tuesday, fingers are still crossed along with our toes, legs and eyes. But what else would make me positively giddy this week?
I was asked to write for spouseBUZZ.com and my first article was published!!! And another one should be appearing next week. Is there anything you all think I should write about? I have a few ideas, but I am curious to know if there is anything YOU, as a reader, would want. Leave a comment and let me know!
Go check out my article and leave some comment love there too, if you feel so inclined. It would make my day.
Now, excuse me while I spin in my office chair in uncontrolled excitement.
(:
EDIT: I'm being tweeted!!! I have no idea how twitter works, but this is pretty sweet.
EDIT 2: I'm on the homepage of military.com for the weekend!
Man I am such a dork. This is amazing!

Marine Wife. Newlywed. Actress. Theatre Lover. Dork. Picture Taker. Swimmer. Jersey Girl. Blogger. I was born and raised in NJ but came to DC for college. Of course I would meet my future husband here. I went off to Disney for six months while Ryan was in Iraq on our first deployment. Now I am living the life of a "grown up" in North Carolina, a Yankee in the South, and adjusting to this new and amazingly wonderful life.
Sergeant in the USMC now in his sixth year. Now starting a new re-enlistment, term two. One deployment to Iraq done. Southern boy who was transplanted up north but still ever the gentleman. Stock Market Genius. Wine Lover. One of the smartest, handsomest, most determined and driven men to ever have walked the Earth. Just finished nine months in 29 Palms for his new job as a Ground Radio Tech. He is definitely happy to be back in the South again!
Peanut Butter and Jelly. Opposites Attracted. My First Love. His True Love. We met at a Saint Patrick's Day Party thanks to mutual friends. We talked for two months then started dating. We went through college graduation, a deployment, a Disney internship, a whirlwind engagement of wedding plans, and a year of marriage in VA together uninterrupted. Then we did nine months on opposite coasts. Now we live in Eastern North Carolina. Of course the Corps always manages to worm its way into our lives but Semper Gumby! My Marine and Me.. ♥
